New for January 2017.  Here we will tie together all of our information on power conditioning circuits. Any active microwave circuit design requires power, and the product you deliver will not have bench power supplies connected to it...

Linear regulators are used when a DC power supply is available at a higher voltage than your design requires, and it is capable of supplying all of the DC current you need.

Switched-mode power supplies can convert any DC voltage to any other DC voltage, either up (boost) or down (buck).

Envelope tracking is a means to increase power amplifier efficiency during complex modulation.
